SERVICE TRAINING STAFF

• Location: Binh Duong
• Level: Staff

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct training to dealers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
• Support dealers to solve service technical issues and improve Customer Satisfaction Index
• Cooperate and support other sections to improve MMV business performance.

Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Automotive technology
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Automobile Technology, car maintenance & troubleshooting, dealers aftersales service
• Knowledge: Automobile technology and maintenance
• Required skills:
• English proficiency: Good communication skills, reading comprehension of Automobile materials.
• B2 driving license, ability to drive for business trip.
• Presentation skills and PC skills (MS Office)
• Other (if any):
• Can go for business trip for weeks, including oversea trip.
