Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam hold “Mitsubishi Motors Skills Contest 2016”

On last 02nd & 03rd of April, the final of Mitsubishi Motors Skill Contest 2016 has been hold for mechanics, service advisers and excellent sales-staffs all the country. Annually, the contest was set-up to encourage Mitsubishi dealers improving their knowledge, skill and service in order to offer satisfaction to customers.

At the final, there were 18 best candidates including 06 mechanics, 06 service advisers and 06 sales-staff. They have passed hundreds of other contestants representing 20 Mitsubishi dealers nationwide in elimination round for mechanics in last December 2015 and service advisers together with sales-staff in March 2016.

As target as offering more customer’s satisfaction, the contents of contest was based on knowledge and skill that used full for dealer’s staff on their daily business and attached special importance to practice eventualities that could happen when serving customers.

Also at final round, candidates have showed-up their understanding, competence and spirit of best candidates through theoretical and practice examinations. By theory, candidates answered quiz, Q&A relating to products, auto technology and standard processing…

In practical test, candidates were evaluated their technical learning and repair car; service advisers took test of Mitsubishi Standard Processing and taking-care customers. At the same time, sales-staff would present their ability to grasp customers’ demand & give advice to persuade them.

For best result, candidates was not only showing their knowledge about products, their professional skills but also their devotion to satisfy customers at the most.

The awards for “Mitsubishi Motors Skill 2016” are foreign travel and many valuable gifts. Moreover, victor mechanics and service advisers will attend “Mitsubishi Motors Global Service Skill Contest 2016” hold by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation prepared at the end of this year.

Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam is focusing on improve CS, in which training putting on the top. They was also hold many training courses for dealer’s staff to perfect the human resources, since then to make customers more and more satisfaction with Mitsubishi Motors brand-name in Vietnam.
